Nicole did a great job for us. We looked at several homes over a short period of time until we found one we loved. We put in an offer but the sellers only gave us a month to sell. Nicole was not discouraged. We put our home on the market and sold our home in only 2.5 weeks despite it being a soft market.
Nicole listed our property on both the Hamilton and Toronto boards as well as MLS. She hired a professional photographer and provided a virtual tour of our home. Information packages were provided to buyers who came to view our home. We could not ask for more. We are very pleased and would recommend Nicole to anyone. |
